Spending 12 years prior to that as a mortgage loan officer I learned the financial side of real estate from the inside. That experience still shapes how I guide my clients today.
I’ve now been in the real estate industry for almost 25 years. Early in my career, I focused on working with first-time homebuyers, and it’s still the part of the business I find most rewarding. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make, and my goal is to make that process feel clear, manageable, and as stress-free as possible. I take pride in explaining the details, answering every question, and making sure nothing catches you off guard along the way.
Over the years, most of those first-time buyers have come back to work with me again as their lives have changed, whether it’s needing more space, relocating, or downsizing. That kind of long-term relationship is something I don’t take lightly. I’ve always believed the best approach is simple: focus on what my clients want, communicate clearly, and make the process smooth from start to finish.
I run my business alongside my mother as part of a family team, something that started with my late father and continues to shape how we serve our clients today. I moved to Jacksonville from Colorado over 20 years ago and have called it home ever since. I’ve been married for 18 years, have three kids, and spend as much time as I can on the golf course—or back in the mountains when I get the chance.
